i was facing the other direction when i caught the light hitting the wall ,this area was a world war two gun placement for three large canons to protect falmouth harbour.this was a better exposure than the other two i think,comments welcome.

Lovely light bringing out the colour and texture in the wall, together with the movement in the breaking surf makes this a lovely capture. Well composed and presented.

Reminded me of a picture in my portfolio (Crashing Bore).
Very dynamic but may have benefited from the use of an ND grad on the sky.
Still I like it.

Great colours and a smashing sky. The exposure has been well handled and there is plenty of detail as well as depth of field.
