I thought magnolias bloomed in May - but this one was flowering this week in Berkshire. I had to go to ISO 2500 to get enough light as this was in a shady woodland. Lukily it wasn't too breezy, but it took about 20 shots to get one right.
It looks as though it might benefit from some clever modification but I don't have the imagination to know what would work. Any suggestions welcomed...
