Had the oppurtunity to use a Broncolor lighting rig a while ago, so decided ironically to shoot full frame using a battered old lensbaby..... This is a rather large softbox above front and a plain white poly board front on, from behind which im shooting, at 1/200th second whilst continuously trying to hold focus.
