This winter, Duesseldorf has had its own "Eye"... Erected by the Rhine for the "Bambi" media awards at the end of November, we were able to enjoy its presence through to the end of January. Quite apart from the fact that the view from the top is pretty impressive, it's really captured my imagination and inspired me! I've taken a wide range of images and aim to produce a photo book. I'm sure this particular shot will be included.
Technical details:
Exposure: ISO 200, 0.6 secs. @f8
PS Elements: Verticals straightened via Transform/Distort, modified "brighten midtones" and "default" colour curves applied, general/blue saturation increased. Sharpened/bordered/framed.
