Well detailed capture Michael now you need them off the feeders and on to a branch for a better pose, they also love peeled sun flower seeds called sun flower hearts but they are quite dear to buy in the shops.

My feeders are hanging from a tree in my very small front garden. There are already many branches on which they can perch. I'm not sure how I can persuade them to use any particular branch. Do you have any suggestions?

Actually, this might just be a bit academic. I haven't seen them for two days.
