Wow, what a characterful image and beautifully lit. It can't have been easy to get this image. His lamp provides excellent atmospheric lighting to his face and the birds are balanced yet full of energy. Top class image. Smile

Fabulous shot Andrew, this scene (or similar) was used in an advert (for a bank as I recall) and wasn't sure if it was real or not. An amazing piece of photojournalism.
