Excellent composition and B&W conversion.
The detail in the ironwork etc. is absolutely great.
One small point, the tissue on the pavement distracts my eye slightly.

Have a feeling I will be re-visitng the Bandstand, has so much potential for some great shots Smile

Ah! The tissue! To remove or not. I considered cloning it out but felt that the 'structure' of the processing would make it a bit obvious, so I left it there.

This has turned out well. Reminds of a very detailed pencil sketch.
I'd have left the tissue but cropped a little off the LHS to make it a dead central comp.

This is lovely and pleasing to the eye. You have really captured the details. I agree with Julie - I would have centralized the image but I can see why you perhaps didnt - was it because of the 'roses' on the fencing then not being even? I do love it.

Hi Jude, I have since amended it out so that the centre of the bandstand is in a central position. I was concerned about the railing decor but it does look a little lopdsided.
