I've had this picture in my mind for some time now but the elements have always conspired against me, either the tide wasn't right, the sea was too rough, I was working etc, etc. Today however was the closest I have been to getting what I wanted, the sea was still rougher than I would have liked (the spray was playing havoc with the Big Stopper) but I was there and the light was right. I will return when the planets have aligned to have another go ![]()

If I'm right, I spent many, many summers on the beach below where you took this.
Got a few memories about this place too.
As for the shot, I'm afraid that, although it's techically very clever, it's not really my cup of tea. I realy don't like "milky water" shots of any kind. Just my opinion, of course.
