A tiny furry shield bug, barely half the size of my little finger nail, popped out of his hiding place in the Jerusalem sage seedhead to say hello to you all

PS - To reply to your question on my "stone faces" - The ones in the sand are from Vagator beach in India seen during different trips, but V4 I found in a stone quarry in Portland UK. (The famous Portland Stone).
