I spotted another species of longhorn beetle in the meadow yesterday, can't resist taking images of these rather appealing characters, and I loved his zebra striped antennae

V 2 is great in this outstanding set. I now understand the meaning of LONGFELLOW.
Another fantastic set of captures Carol, i think V4 is my fave as it really shows off those "horns"!

Perfectly detailed series of these elegant beetles. I like the POV against the blue sky very much
I don't know how you manage to keep them in place, in the field. I've only tried it a couple of times (with the TZ7) and they leap off before I've found them on the screen!

you really do find some interesting critters Carol if they took one step near to me I would stop dead in my tracks but you get some great shots
