I find it very difficult to capture meadow browns, they always seem to be on the move, but this couple were happy to relax for a while and let me take some images.
Enjoy the weekend, everyone
Wow Carol you continue to amaze me with your photography, not only one but two and then you get them to sit on your finger. I can barely manage to get them to sit still for more than a millisecond. Superb captures, well done.
Great capture my choice is v2.
I would never encourage them to do pleasure on my finger !! Excellent images Carol - and V1 is the right choice for number one
Brilliant shots of "dorty deeds" as the say on Tyneside!
Yay, more new models!
V2 by a whisker, nice to see one i can ID.
They are certainly having a romantic moment never managed to get that!
I have found that when sitting down, they always give you the wrong angle to the light.
Well they are out at last round here, usually they come with the Michaelmas daisies but much later this year.
V1 for me Carol. Glad they were so well behaved.
Stunning Carol - and love the shot with them on your finger it shows just how small these little beasties are. Fantastic.
Great shots Carol - how on earth do you manage to get them to alight on your finger!! Amazing
Superb Carol, v1 is excellent, but v3 gives us the perspective... Great work as usual.

I think I may just have said this before, but you never cease to amaze up with your close-ups! Another cracking set here, Carol - and I'd feel lucky just to get one on my finger!
Great set, Carol - these are a completely different colour from those I photographed on Kephalonia recently.
It's amazing how you get them on your finger. They never stay still a moment for me. Great shots Carol.......Sandy

V1 is a gem, Carol. I notice from the comments that I'm not the only one who marvels at your ability to get them on your finger, how wonderful.
