This is my favourite shield bug, and I have only seen him twice in the nine years that I have been here! I have searched the internet trying to ID him but can find nothing similar to his colouring and markings, so I am hoping that someone out there can tell me what he is.

I can find another couple of images of this but they just call it a yellow shield bug. It does look quite special, Carol, and v1 is a superb image of it.
