A delicate little moth in the late evening, getting ready to roost on the dry grass. V.2 is a little skipper.

Two marvellous macros Carol, you did well with v1, these moths usually hide deep down in the grass and it is often difficult to get a clear shot of them without getting grass stalks in the way.

You did really well with this one, I have taken them dozens of times and vever get them without a grass crossing the wings, ugly background or dull looks.
We got loads of them..I like their delicate pattern!
