I imagine this little fella to be some form of ant, he certainly scurried around like one!

A really showy, exotic specimen, beautifully captured.
Looking at the antenna (which isn't hinged half way along) I think this is a form of Ant Beetle (when I 'googled' it I found some similar, but not the same). What a brilliant capture, well seen!
