V1 just wins for those glorious background colours in a pool of green light. Warm low sunshine, this sings out summer evenings. Magically beautiful.

Lovely light in v1
Might be tempted to do a portrait crop of the blueberry plant to emphasize the great light

V1 is so wonderful Peter - warm light, and super focus on the one bilberry - I have fond memories of picking these late in the summer. Not much picking these days, but I think Norway still sends the berries to France so they can make the colour of their wine deeper Wink

I looked at the suggestion to crop, but like it just the way it is - seems all the vegetation needs to stay in the frame.

The leaves have started to change colour very early - a harbinger of an early autumn?

Perfect description although v1 is a clear winner, Peter.

You can't beat a bit of 'Fats Domino' and these images do his song proud.

The richness of colour in version1 does it for me peter. That solitary blueberry being perfectly placed in the frame was a master stroke.

I've come back to this several times - it is so nostagic for me and the light is magical.

V1 is superb. Great focus, colours and light. A few weeks before I get to harvest the Blueberries here.

No wonder this got so much attention Peter, a must print for the wall here. The shallow depth is perfection and such magical colours at this low angle.
