Just about to go home because of the showery downpours, and noticed the remnants of a rainbow, a chance shot before it disappeared completely.
Polarising filter used. Got pricked Wink to death on the wheat stubble while lying down, but worth it i think.Wink lol.
Cheers.

At least you managed to manipulate yourself into a low POV position to capture a well composed shot, Darryl: by the time I managed that, I'd have looked up and seen an empty sky........then getting up again in frustration would have taken even longer.
Ronnie.

The irritation from wheat stubble can be long-lasting. Your mentioning it has made the skin of my wrists itch!
I like the balance of this composition, Darryl. It has quite a strong dynamic to go with its excellent colour.

Bill

Superb image Darryl
The composition is just about perfect given the nature of the wheat being so tall.

Another great composition and the ideal use of your polariser to enhance the blue sky and rainbow colours. Well spotted - and not just the result of the prickles! WinkGrinGrin
