This is a shot of the river at an old mining works near me,the river was used to feed the water mills that ran various machines and the engine houses to quarry granite,although they are crumbling away there are still engine houses along the river and part of a building where they used to fill and store the barrels with the gunpowder so they could blast the stone out of the ground,this affect with the water is new to me so I hope you like it and any comments are welcome.
