Last Thursday decided to have a trip to this footbridge over the River Coquet in Northumberland. After a two hour journey was disapointed to find the sky had clouded over. Never mind I thought, got the gear out of the bag and took a couple of shots. Had to decide on mono as the colours were washed out.

Hi Dave.
Excellent composition and the big stopper has done a great job on that sky with the eye led across the bridge to those radiating clouds. If you used HDR than it's subtle enough not to be noticeable and the crisp detail combined with excellent tonal range make this one of the best monos I've seen in 2013.
