Another bit of wildlife today. This obliging male Peregrine is in fact called Loki, and was supplied from a local bird of prey centre for a location shoot in the Cairngorms.
A handsome chap and a real poser! V2 in the heather.
I hope you like it.
And thanks to all those who commented and voted on Win Hill yesterday, totally overwelmed by that one.

Two superb shots elegantly presented - number 1 has the feel of and illustration in an old book, number 2 is arty. I love them both.
They are both superb Graham, V1 for me, looks wonderful large and he looks like he's covering something with his wings?

It may have killed the odd pigeon, but that sounds a bit harsh, Barbara! ![]()
Thanks all. This is a pleasant surprise.

Beautiful bird, isn't he? And two absolutely splendid images to boot. Wonderful eye contact, and super use of dof. I'm not going to choose between, I love both - but for different reasons. Not so much your usual offering on epz, but every bit as much of you!
Carol
both worthy of separate uploads I'd say
superb images
Beautiful picture, beautifully composed.
