Marvelous shot. A really interesting composition, something to look at right through the image, great colour and lighting.

So would I Lesley, it's got a certain magic about it. Love the mist on the shoulder of the hill as the sun sneaks in from the east.

It's a place I'd love to go to, as I've never been here. The original was super, and this is too, Lesley. Both versions are equally pleasing, and would love either hung on my wall!

A marvellous re-work, Lesley. The light flowing over the causeway, and the spot on exposure retaining fg detail is superb.

Lovely capture and love the inclusion of the flowers which are out exactly at this time of year . Not sure about all that red near the fence ? Nevertheless as you know I have been here several times to this very spot and yet to capture an image as good as this Lesley . Well done and congrats .on your HC award ...Phil
