A big thanks for the E2 gift Smile

The sawmill at llanberis slate museum. Theres eveything here from machinery to cut slate and timber, hand splitting slate, a foundry, blacksmiths forges, quarrymens cottages, a hospital, the workers tea room. theres a massive 50ft water wheel for power, and a steam engine which now transports people along the lake.
Taking this pic had us in stitches. its a great place, lots of photo ops with free admission. however it does have xmas decos out now Sad

Thanks for looking, comments appreciated.lesley

This is such a tactile image Lesley I just want to reach into the image. Christmas Decorations in November should be banned. Now where did I put the baubles...

What a beautiful shot, Lesley...but you do excel at these wonderful interiors. So glad you still have e2 membership, as this must be viewed large for the cracking detail, tones & textures you've captured. Smile

Superb interior shot, Lesley. The amount of detail you manage to capture even in what must be shady recesses is so good. Excellent work from you as usual.

Excellent image lesley. Is that door at the far end closed and bolted? Wonder who would do that to get a photograph.

Leslie,
Shall I say it again? I think I have said it before but I'll say it again...
I always enjoy watching your portfolio and uploads. You are one of the very few EPZers who I eagerly open your entire portfolio to see whether I have missed any of your creative and beautiful posts...
Unfortunately three and a half month I have been away and when I opened your PF now, I felt I was the big looser here. I have missed many Sad
