sorry decided to change the order of them
chuffed i managed to get there i love the wreck. duo toned to give a different look.
had a go at a mono too at morgs, and steve's suggestion.
Thanks for loking, back to work this morn. lesley
Lovely image with beautiful foreground detail.
Not the most beautiful of landscapes but very effective. The duo-toning works best.
like a martian landscape or the bloke who doese dripping clocks etc lol love it
I love V1 with the golden hue. Carole
Lovely well composed image - b/w for me !
I think this works very well both ways. V1 has the lovely colours (nice work), and V2 is very striking. A superb shot.
Mono Lesley, just hits the spot
Certainly worth going to mono with this Lesley, good that you made it out there too.
both version are great
they are both so good, hard to tell which is preferable. v1 has a very rusty charm, where as no2 is sortof apocalyptic
Voth work well for different reasons, but I do prefer the color!
Both versions work well, but I think I prefer the mono
I really must try to get to this next time I go to Whitby! On my visit this year I only walked as far as the caravan site, but I had been walking around all day so the legs & feet were feeling a bit worse for wear! A super capture, Lesley, like both, but think the colour has to be my fave, and it also shows more detail in the shadow areas
Mono for sure. Much more mood to it........Sandy
what a beautiful photograph, had to give this my award, love the mono version also.....
V1 for me today enjoy work
Unusual for me but I prefer the mono Lesley, both excellent though!
The mono version is my choice.
thanks gerard for your user award
Trev be mindful of the tides but well worth a visit.
and thanks to Albert for making a return visit.lesley
Very nice in both versions, love the tones in V1.
I think, but am by no way certain, that I prefer the warm and golden tones of v1, Lesley, but I would be just as happy to have v2.
Great sky that works equally well in colour or mono. I particularly like the toning in the colour version.
Great tones and colours in this shot love it.
So beautiful! Both versions work so well and whilst I usually opt for b/w if there is a choice, the colour tones in V1 are superb
think v2 works best in this ****
Lovely shot. The mono version works really well.....Derek
Excellent I like the mono fab
Loving this, so perfect a spot. I prefer the B&W, but obviously both are superb!!
"Other World" look to this Lesley...very well done.
Hope you are feeling better
