I've been a keen photographer since 1981, when I got my first 35mm SLR camera. I still have it.

I've shot almost 100% digital since getting a digital SLR in 2002, though recently have considered using some more film, especially after trying film scans in Adobe Lightroom.

I'm not a slave to equipment, though I know what's good and what's better. I don't list equipment unless its very relevant. The most important element is the photographer.

I will photograph almost anything. My preferences are for classical nude, figure studies and portraiture. Out of doors, I enjoy landscapes, motor sport, street photography and wildlife.

I was born and raised in Dublin, but now live in Buckinghamshire. I judge club photography competitions for the CACC, affiliated to the PAGB.
