have had a stab at a mod...changed white balance slightly and colour luminance..added some clarity/vibrance (in LR4)

great idea ...very photogenic child....hair in mouth could be removed?


looking for the 2nd time, I wonder whether the skin needs a little softening...I know some portrait togs use specialised software for this

as an art form in itself it works, but not with the orchids

the top sector is quite blown out s is the building on the right...I've done some judicious cropping in a mod with a few other tweaks

excellent...the car is a slight distraction perhaps?

would have liked to have seen the shot from in front of the line.....background is a bit disappointing, but you could perhaps change/clone that.

what a fab shot...whether you feel you got it right or not is beside the point. Wonderful colour splash. I was trying to work out how you had done it and thought that you had splashed the brush into water but then couldn't relate the drip to that. This would look great in any art gallery

it's difficult not to be over critical.......am no expert, so just some opinions...grass isn't overbearing but does look strange once you notice it...perhaps you could substitute something else?...The eye..I know it's a natural `flaw' but she has a small speck in one eye...find myself drawn to it...it's a beautiful portrait anyway

am no expert, but would have liked some more of the water rather than the top of the shot (which is quite white/blank). Have had a go at a mod, playing around in curves and added a little contrast

clever interpretation...I might possibly clone out the information board...this would leave you with the 3 people staring through what looks like a window into the station world

fabulous candid...three very different poses and expressions...have had a go at a mod...I felt it needed a touch more light and have saturated to bring out the colours in the umbrella. I don't think the white posterboard helps...but shot as seen...perhaps it could be painted over if someone has the skills

ran it through noiseware, lifted light, saturated and re-sharpened

like the idea of concentrating on a single subject and re-taking it until you're satisfied with the outcome.

I played around with the image in Picasa (that's all I have) and apart from cropping out the window, and bringing the front in a little the basic comp looks sound. What I did find, and don't know whether you will agree, is that when you zoom in, the number on the door looks a little soft? I think the focal point is the right hand side of the leaves on the tree to the left of the door...or maybe it's my eyesight!

have had a dabble for you (see mod) as you seem to have lost a lot of detail....exposing with such a bland sky is always a problem

I've just lifted the light and played around with the colour temperature and a slight crop to remove that block of flats on the RH side
