Looks like you opened up the shadows here Bill and its shows, more black would help but that would heighten the contrast and burn the highlights out. I'd love to see the original.

The light and shadow play draws you along the track and some lovely tree colour, Bill. Not easy with the exposure.

This is lovely but I would have cropped out the left side that shows the sun hope that is ok Bill. The colours are beautiful.
