This won't have much appeal I suspect but it's an alleyway I visit every time I go over to Tewkesbury.
Now that I have my fisheye lens all my old haunts are being revisited with a fresh eye. Sometimes successfully, sometimes not - it's all part of the learning curve!
This alley certainly looked more attractive when I last uploaded a shot from there - it's somewhere in my awards gallery if you feel inclined to look....

beautiful distortion due to the FE lens.
Having visited the Escher museum in The Hague about a week ago, I was struck with the resemblance with some of its work.
I couldn't resist and I have uploaded a different interpretation.
besides all, I've removed the blu sign in the BG which IMO is a bit distracting.
have fun with your new lens!

Thanks everyone! It's not the prettiest of pictures but that doesn't bother me at all ![]()
Thanks for the mod Francesco - I had thought about doing a B&W version - you have done the hard work for me! It is shame about that blue sign - I should have moved it really but someone might have thought I was stealing it!
I don't think I will ever get bored with this lens - I was walking around town at lunchtime today visiting places I've already photographed and they come up really well - I'm sure I'll bore you all with the shots in due course....
