Today I got on a coach and went to Tyntesfield House - a wonderful place stuffed full with goodies that would grace my still life table beautifully. Sadly I think they'd notice if I pilfed anything Smile It's a National Trust place, acquired in 2006 and is a work in progress. It's not being restored to a pristine museum style place - all signs are wear and tear are being left in place which makes it all the nicer. There are still rooms stuffed with 'stuff' - all yet to be sorted and found homes for - a veritable Aladdin's Cave Smile

Shouldn't that be Alison's Cave?

You're right Ken Smile It's a fab place - one to be revisited as they open more rooms every few months.
