Still too nippy to run around in my striped socks and still no inspiring flowers to play with so I've just been experimenting with differing Lucisart settings as well as B&W conversions.
They might not be masterpieces but it's proving a useful exercise.....

Thank you all!
I was on the verge of deleting most of the folder of these shots but suddenly decided to take a closer look at a few and I suspect it might be prudent to inspect the rest before I thin them out.
My decision to start experimenting with a bit more than Whyeth is proving a good one - it'll continue to be a very useful setting but there is so much more that the software can do and I must exploit it!
Brill - both work really well.
Bruce
A late thank you again everyone - and to Dave for your award (I've loads of striped socks ready to try sometime) - and to Robin for your mod (it's been a while since I've seen Betty)
Roll on the warmer weather when I can do something new - I'm really still too chilly to do much but who knows - maybe I'll get brave and inspired at the weekend - don't hold your breath though!
Thanks again everyone
I almost dug out the stripes again today but just couldn't quite bring myself to remove the layers of clothing - roll on spring/summer when I'll be mooching about in next to nowt anyway!
At least I can do my snoot/mask pics without having to disrobe.....
