I'm still rummaging through my external hard drive and came across this one. White on white isn't the easist but thought it worth giving it a go with the LucisArt Wyeth to see if the water drops could be brought out a bit more.

I think it works well but am not convinced about that lump of buds at the top.

On the plus side I found my friendly flower man had some pale pink Kaffir in today so I've got those for Sunday Smile

The lump of buds work, giving colour balance to the leaves. Good shot which, like you said isn't easy when it's white on white.

Thank you everyone! I'd decided against buying any freesia this year as I was not terribly impressed with my efforts to date but might try again. Meanwhile I've got some pale pink Kaffir to play with on Sunday.

Must call it a day now however, I'm on the other side of the camera tomorrow and need to get some zeds if the tog isn't to spend hours touching up the results!

This is excellent Alison.
Beautiful delicate colours & the droplets are lovely.
I agree with you about the clump of buds, but they are not out of place, but I bet if they were removed you would get a completely different image...

Hi Sue. I'll be honest and say I can't remember for sure but I was going through a phase of using my patio doors as a lightbox. I have some nylon shower curtain which I tape across the glass and on a good sunny day it works a treat.
