I'm undecided about this one - I think the texture file needs some work to even out the blotches that appear over my skin but I'm going to upload anyway.
I plan to do more along this line but that probably won't be for a week or two until I have a bit of time and the new lace gloves and stretch lace fabric that I've ordered. Perhaps by then I'll have sorted the textures out too!
I'd love a proper background fabric to match this texture layer - maybe that'll be something for me to ponder and experiment with in the meantime.

Lovely shot again, I most prefer #2 but this stands on its own just fine. Your use of backgrounds is excellent too and I'm trying to copy a few ideas.
Thanks folks - indeed I should have left uploading this until the evening when I could have sorted out the texture layer. It looks like I've fallen down the stairs 
Never mind - I'll get the texture sorted another evening and see what I can manage next time.
I do wish these gloves were longer - it seems most sellers definition of 'long' is elbow length whereas I'd rather have almost armpit length The other gloves are very similar to the fabric in this pic so it'll be interesting to see what they look like.
