I like both versions, but after going back and forth I think V1 just has the edge. A lovely composition with some wonderful colour tones. Carole

V1 for me - It just seems a richer deeper tone. Excellent composition.

Version 1 for me. Prefer the darker tones but both images are excellent.

Well done Alison...I'm going against the majority so far ...& prefer V2..for me it shows off that shadow behind the vase much better which gives the whole image much more shape & form.

I wonder now if I should have removed that mark from the apple - I hadn't really noticed it before but that's probably a good reason to leave images a day or two sometimes to spot the iffy bits Smile
