Tired of clicking to see a large version? Upgrade to e2 to browse all photos automatically at their largest size.I was doing a spot of cleaning this morning when it occurred to me that these latex gloves were quite photogenic.
Abandon said cleaning and disappear off into the studio and 25 or so shots later I ended up with a few that worked.
It's tricky doing self-portraits with such a huge contrast in light and dark to attempt to control when you can't actually see what you're doing.
I did tidy up the background a bit - mainly the burn tool where my hair was catching the light but it just didn't work when I tied the hair back so it stayed loose.

Sinister and a whole new way! lol! Looks like some nasty character from a book who is either just about to do something excruciating or despicable that might need those gloves....lol! Like it a lot!!!

Actually I'd only clenched my fist as I thought the light fell better than open hand but when I further inspected the picture I figured it might be considered a little worrying by some!
