I figured it would be a good idea to catch a bit of natural light today as that'll be my last chance until next Sunday I'm sure.

It was a tad dull but doable.

Natural light but still f11 - i like it Smile
Also like how the doll is with the open book - great purchase.
The splash of warm light on the roses - a touch of genius.

This still life pulls together very well, even down to the old roses.

I would have liked a little of that warm light on the dolls face. A well put together still life.......Sandy

Such a sad doll. Dull light suits. And the roses are sad too. Full of emotion.

I just love the way you 'throw' these things together with such precision an excellent lighting.

Thanks everyone Smile

I'm thinking I need to cut a slightly larger hole in my sheet of foamboard so I can get the light to reach just a little bit further sometimes - this time it was the roses or the doll but it couldn't quite get both.

I'll chop up some more sheets next time and see what happens!
