Snowdon

Snowdon by Dotrob

Great lead-in, and fantastic understated processing Smile

A Study of Time & Effect

A Study of Time & Effect by sherlob

Actually really like the choice of clock - the shiny face looks similar in texture to the wet & slippery rocks near the water's edge, and picks up the colours from the sunset beautifully. At the same time, the harsh, man-made nature of the material is so obviously out of place in that environment - perhaps a reflection of the viewer also being out of place?

Or perhaps I should get on with my assignment and stop procrastinating Smile

Like it very much anyway...

Hi John. Many thanks for your kind comments. Just started looking through your p/f and am very impressed with the range of work here. I can see what you mean about f/g choice though your compositions are far stronger than mine Wink

Will keep a lookout for more, Chris...
