Lovely shot, background a little distracting for me though. I think a tight crop on the main subject would be extremely powerful. But saying that I really love the composition as it is.

Background is included to show the ambiance and give it a broader perspective.. thats a fine thought.. I only wish the child right behind werent in yellows, but white and traditional like the rest.. In that way, the image would have been perfect to me.. but that's hardly in your hands.. On the whole, a very touching and relevant photograph which breaks cultural boundaries.
