...and A Hard Place
4 years ago I posted this image for my dad. At that time he had been told he had 2 weeks or so to live.
Dad always taught me that when you find yourself between a rock and a hard place .... The only thing to do is to come out fighting.
Dad fought a long brave and dignified battle, but all battles end eventually, and Dad lost his, 5 weeks ago, on 4 November 2012.
For Dad, with deep pride and never ending love.
Till we meet again

A very fitting tribute to a special person in your life, especially with such a beautiful image. I love the way the diagonals of water and leaf strewn are thrown together. Do you have a print of this in your home?
