A wine glass. The light is from a softbox 8 feet behind the glass. No other light. Not a masterpiece I know but I am learning.
That's what is so fun, to learn something new. A great well lit wine glass........Sandy
a drop of rose wine to add a little colour might work well .rob
Super light, well done.
Thank you folks. Bob, I did add a pour of Aussie Shiraz in a later shot and added a front light at 45 degrees to light it. May post it later.
I wanted to get the glass isolated with one light with the background completely white first.
I really like it when folks post how they lit their studio shots as I like to have a go at matching them...john
It seems that you are learning very well. Lovely capture.
The thing with this game is you never stop learning
very graphic, i like the starkness of it

And for some after-shoot refreshment.
