Great shot. The dreary day & muted tones & colours in the rest of the shot contrast nicely with the bright colours of the little girl (your daughter, I presume?). Gives it a low key portrait look that works well with your subject.
Nice depth of field too, so you can see all of the wood grain in the hands.
All round, nothing to criticise. Very well taken.
