The tiny church of St Michael de Rupe at Brentor on the western edge of Dartmoor.
The view from up here is beautiful, espically as a low sun casts shadows across the fields.
Let me know which version you prefer.
V1 my favourite really dramatic. Beautiful composition
I like them all but version 1 the best very deep colours.
V1 is spectacular - stunning!!
Beautiful shot - V1 for me !
V1 for me too Matt - thanks for the UA on my Fire & Smoke too!
Great shots - V1.
V1 Matt all the way!.
V1 all the way Matt
Superb view congrats on a superb photo, but I would have gone closer to the castle in my comp than you did in V2 to that curvy of grass bit mid frame...then the face of the castle would not have been shaded...there would have been less sky yes....but the castle would have been bigger in the frame...But saying that, I just love these shots.
Prefer the sky, colours and tones in V1 but the composition is a bit stronger in V2 (apart from the squint horizon). Great shot though.
Great view and V1 is excellent.
V1 all the way, Super image.
V1 for me.
Thanks for the feedback everyone.
I guess V1 is the winner
Super shot, and another vote for v1.
V1 for me super light and composition
