This is a shot from a visit in early June this year.
I'm going to go back in a few weeks time to see how it looks when the bracken has turned.
Thanks for having a look,
Dave

A strong composition with some great colours. Good work.
Steve!
This is a stand-out composition. Love the way you've made use of the bench and the path leading into the shot.

All the compositional elements are gathered here, in exactly the right places, and the whole piece is beautifully presented. Excellent work...
Dave
Beautifully composed shot with lovely colours. The bench is perfectly placed and there is a good lead in with the path too.
Val
I don't know how you process your images but they always look superb to me, i really like the composition with the bench and the path alongside leading off around the hillside, very simple but very effective.
Cheers Neil.
As far as I'm aware, I don't do anything special to them. I use the long since out of production Rawshooter Essentials and then CS2 for selective adjustments.
I've learned a lot about processing from reading other people's threads on this fantastic site but still consider myself to be a novice.
Coming from someone with such a gift for landscape photography I'll take the praise and say thank you very much.
All the best,
Dave
A Great lead in....I like it and the composition is spot on....
Nice to see a few others posting from the Malverns---and images like this are why!
