More "Wildlife on the wall"....
This insect was captured in Sri Lanka last March
Amazingly huge eyes - they look far too big for its head! Well caught.
Good capture [ would it be dangerous]
Makes me itch..........
Two of the scariest looking beasties I have yet to come across. The first looks like he has just been beamed down from outer-space, and the second well he looks quite friendly in comparison.
not my favourite of this series ... kinda scarey looking
If it is possible to prefer one then No. 1 gets the vote.
V1 is my fave............ A beast
two excellent shots.
Well captured ugly bug.
A little soft, Isabel, but a good spot and capture of these two ugly critters Carol
V1. for me good detail like it well done, that is macro for your regards Leon. Macro photography (or photomacrography or macrography, and sometimes macrophotography) is extreme close-up photography, usually of very small subjects, in which the size of the subject in the photograph is greater than life size (though macrophotography technically refers to the art of making very large photographs). By some definitions, a macro photograph is one in which the size of the subject on the negative or image sensor is life size or greater. However in other uses it refers to a finished photograph of a subject at greater than life size.
It is sort of scary at that size
ooooh.....That's looks like a nasty looking critter!
Great one Isabel, it looks a bit scary.
I wouldn't be getting too close to either of these two. Great work.
V1 for me those eyes are amazing
