I have had a few problems this week and have not been making any votes and comments.Sad

Basically, on Wednesday my PC packed up and since I am the Guest Editor this week posed me with a problem. I was able to get hold of a very old and slow laptop (which was gas driven Grin) so I was able to go through the gallery and select the images that I thought deserved an award. It was too slow to do anything else.

Then, on Thursday, my health took a turn for the worst and I woke up with great pains in my chest and back. The doctor has discounted heart problems but I am on pain killers at the mo. So if I only vote and not comment please forgive me.

Really good - and it would be even better I think if you cropped off the highlights on the right edge of the frame.
Sorry to hear about your health problems, take care.

An impressive image despite the fact it's of a subject I don't much care for! Hope life picks up for you now. Sounds like you have been through the mill this week!

A cracking image John, however I do find the glare on the right hand side somewhat distracting.

I hope that you are feeling better soon mate, and that you get your other problem sorted out in the meanwhile.

Reminds of a Texas brown snake.

It's scary to have chest pain - I hope you do go and get an ECG though - I had a similar occurrence last summer - they did admit me for an overnight stay and I wore a halter monitor. My cardiologist here in the US thought it might have been an esphophogeal cramp!
