Don't know what it is but I liked the wings and the fluffy tail...

Now this is a rare little beastie indeed!!!......It's actually a moth!!!!......A Large Red-belted Clearwing and is nationally scarce only being found in areas equating to about 3.5% of the land mass of Britain!.....

Only usually seen on emergence usually from under the bark of Birch or Alder tree stumps, great find and I'd give my right arm to have just found it like you you have here!!!.....Well done you and on top of everything else it's a good image too.
