An image from last Saturdays outing to Higger Tor for the sun rise with Andrew Yu, Diane Seddons and Poppy the dog. Not much of a sunrise but I like the subtle splash of pink in the clouds in this one!

I beg to differ. The subtle shades of pink and blue make for a peaceful sunrise against the lush and rugged foreground landscape. This makes me groan with pleasure.
Thanks guys, it was a very windy morning up on Higger Tor. It proved difficult to shield the camera from the buffeting wind hence on a number of images the sharpness as suffered but still managed to salvage a couple. This being the best of the two.
