Nice shot. She looks just like a happy 16 year old. Good exposure. The diagonal pose has that sort of relaxed vitality appropriate for the subject.

Hi Chris.

I think I would change the crop of this photo. Dont be afraid to crop the head to bring attention onto the face. Maybe place her head more to the top-right of the frame rather than central.
