I took this shot from the top of a stepladder..
Oh no I didn't. I remember now, it was out of an airplane window.
Actually the best I've ever done, and I try every time I fly.. most are awful.

Well Nicky, the windows on the plane were pretty clean but an inch thick dbl. glazed lol..
