This very sad old pump was in a quiet spot in a village called Ribeauvill in Alsace. I've desaturated it and then added some brown tone to reflect the old neglected feel it has.

Well composed, seen and taken. The b/w and tint does give it a days gone by feel. Deserves more attention than it's received so far.

Thanks for your comment Chris-like the subtleties of your touching up.(My prob. being i'm spoilt with the tools i'm getting to grips with-i'm in a playground this all being new to me.) Soft,easy going shot and very refreshing.
