If that had been me the Swan would have chased me away lol. I was just looking at the lady with either her phone camera or compact, and thinking why do makers these days make so many camera's without a viewfinder.

not 'knocking' anyone above but i would have thought that the most appropriate comment / advice would be regards the exposure and whether you might have benefit from use of a little exposure compensation, and also regards the composition of the main subjects

Great shot - I once got chased by a swan even though I was much further away than this lady. It came at me from across a lake. I had decided (until the very last minute) to stand my ground, but chickened out!!!
