Love the flowers, the arrangement and particularly the pretty background, Christine.
You say this is "something of an experiment" and I therefore hope you won't mind me saying that the vase is hardly noticeable. In thumbnail, it's hard to see, I just saw the flowers. But maybe this was your intention?

An experiment that's gone very well, Christine. I read the comments about the vase. I didn't notice the vase's unnoticeability 'cos I was drawn to two things: the flowers and the background. Which to me is fine 'cos that's where I find the beauty.
