Respite... a delay or cessation for a time, especially of anything distressing or trying; an interval of relief...

I needed to escape today... to one of my favourite places!
Hanover Point on the Back o' the Wight... yeah you've seen it before but its always changing!
If I time it right, I can sit on this rocky point, beneath the cliff, and let the high tide completely cut me off from the hell of the 'so called' real world!
Trapped... for an hour... by the symptoms of the universe!
And one of my favourite songs to acompany... MUSIC
